I’ve spent my career building creative cultures where people don’t just make great work—they are inspired to make each other better.

I’ve led big agencies, scrappy ones, and everything in between. I’ve rebuilt brands, reimagined teams, and helped transform companies into creative engines. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most valuable thing you can build isn’t a campaign. It’s belief.

Belief in the work. Belief in each other. Belief that ideas can change how people think, feel, and live.

At BGB, I helped turn a medical communications company into a bona fide creative healthcare agency, and added $38M in new revenue while we were at it. Before that, I tripled the size of Havas Life and transformed its creative and CX capabilities. Before that, I ran CDM New York, where I drove growth and creative reputation.

Titles aside, I’m still a copywriter at heart. I love a big idea, a brave client, and a killer team. And I believe the best agencies don’t just make ads. They make people feel connected and involved in greatness.

Transformed a medical communications company in to a legitimate and thriving creative healthcare advertising agency in less than 12 months. Won high-profile, highly competitive pitches that increased revenue by more than $38m over 16 months.

Chief Creative Officer/Chief Experience Officer, Havas Life, New York, NY — 2020-2024

Responsible for the creative, financial, organizational, and cultural performance of a $100M+ healthcare agency. Rebuilt the creative department and agency revenue by 300% over 3 years while creating a vibrant culture and receiving industry-wide recognition.

President & CEO, CDM New York, New York, NY  — 2016-2020

Chief executive responsible for the performance of a top-10 healthcare advertising agency. Achieved peak revenue of $145M and oversaw more than 300 employees. Created new systems and processes to increase digital and customer experience capabilities in the agency. Won 12 new clients.

Managing Director, Executive Creative Director, Healthwork, New York, NY — 2014-2019

While maintaining duties as both ECD and President/CEO at CDM New York, co-lead an innovative joint venture between CDM and BBDO: Healthwork. Grew revenues from $5M to $48M in 3 years. Became the fastest-growing DTC healthcare agency of the 2010s.

Managing Partner, Executive Creative Director, CDM New York, New York, NY — 2011-2016

Developed and expanded the creative reputation of one of the largest healthcare advertising agencies in the world by creating new processes and standards. Won several high-profile creative awards. As part of agency management team, drove the business performance and creative reputation of one the most admired agencies in the industry.

Associate Partner, Group Creative Director, CDM Group, New York, NY — 2007-2011

Part of a management team that ran a fast-paced, highly creative crew of more than 150 people who created some of the biggest brands in healthcare including Viagra, Lipitor, Xarelto, Epogen, Victoza, and Eliquis. Won several industry awards.

COPY Supervisor and Beyond, CDM, New York, NY — 2000-2007

Started as Copy Supervisor and quickly made my way up the ranks of the agency by working my butt off and doing killer work.

Got my break and discovered that healthcare advertising was a thing. A thing that I loved. Learned a lot and met some great people who inspired me to do great things.

After college, I gave a serious go at the music business. Had some successes, but had a lot more bruises. Learned a lot, but didn’t sell a lot. Moved to Plan B when I met the woman who would become my wife.
